PH Architectural, operated by Peter Haken, is responsible for the personal information collected through this website and during the delivery of photography services.

PH Architectural will only use identifiable photographs for its own portfolio, website or marketing where the commission terms or separate permission allow this.

Contracts, invoices, accounting records and project administration records are normally retained for up to six years after the project ends.
Project photographs may remain in the PH Architectural archive unless the contract, confidentiality requirements or a separate agreement requires deletion.

We may keep information for longer where necessary to meet legal obligations, resolve a dispute or protect legal rights.
