Photography Priced Around the Project
Architectural photography is not one-size-fits-all. Each commission is shaped by the building, the spaces that need covering, the available light, access, timing, image quantity and intended use.
A compact interior shoot may only need a focused visit, while a larger home, commercial space or development may need wider coverage across exteriors, interiors, transitions and details.
The guide prices below give a clear starting point. Once I understand the project, I can provide a fixed quote based on the scope of the shoot and the final image requirements.

Full Day
Suitable for larger homes, commercial interiors, hospitality spaces, offices, developments and full project case studies.

What’s Included
Each commission includes more than the time on site. The work starts with planning and continues through careful editing, image preparation and final delivery.
- Brief review: project location, access, key spaces, image use and any deadlines.
- Shoot planning: timing around natural light, orientation, exterior views and interior priorities.
- On-site photography: calm, considered coverage of the building, interiors, transitions, materials and details.
- Professional editing: careful colour, tone, perspective and finish across the selected image set.
- Image delivery: high-resolution JPEG files supplied ready for web, print, press, portfolio and marketing use.
Licensing and Additional Usage
All quoted commissions include usage for the commissioning client’s own website, portfolio, social media, brochures, press submissions, award entries and project marketing.
Copyright remains with PH Architectural. The images are licensed for agreed use rather than sold outright.
If additional parties, such as architects, contractors, developers, suppliers, designers or consultants, would like to use the images for their own marketing, additional licensing can be arranged.

Timing, Light and Weather
Architectural photography depends heavily on light, weather, access and the way each space is orientated.
Before the shoot, I look at the project and plan the best time of day for exterior views, interiors, materials, glazing, shadows and key details. Some spaces work best in soft overcast light, while others benefit from stronger directional light or evening atmosphere.
For projects where exterior images are important, some flexibility may be needed if the weather is poor. Where twilight, dusk or repeat visits are required, this can be quoted as part of the brief.
Booking and Payment
A 50% booking fee is required to secure the shoot date, with the remaining balance due before final image delivery.
After the shoot, you will receive a preview gallery or contact sheet to select the agreed number of final images. Once selected, the final images are professionally edited and supplied as high-resolution JPEG files.
Additional images can be selected from the gallery if required and are charged separately.
